The IMMIGRANT INTEGRATION CONFERENCE will offer three days of dialogue and interaction when immigrants will hear from elected officials, representatives of the public and private sectors, including government agencies, consular delegates, nonprofit organizations, businesses, professionals, educators, and others, who are actively and collectively addressing the needs of the immigrant community and facilitating the integration and inclusion of immigrants in the United States.

June is designated as the Immigrant Heritage Month in the United States; the nation recognizes and celebrates the accomplishments and contributions immigrants and their children have made in shaping the history, strengthening the economy, and enriching the culture of the United States.

Pedrito tells his process of adaptation in the United States where his music fusions with other cultures.

What would happen if a child were to wake up and discover their parents are gone at the hands of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement? This happens to nine-year-old Gabriela, the daughter of two immigrants in the process of attempting to sort out their citizenship status.

New Jersey is among the most diverse states in the nation, and immigrant communities are an integral part of our economy and social fabric. New Jersey is home to two million new Americans who make the state more vibrant and prosperous. As neighbors, business owners, taxpayers, and workers, immigrants make extensive contributions that benefit all.
As local government is the first resource new immigrants count on, local officials must plan and adopt inclusive policies that consider the creation of civic, social, educational, and economic participation to ensure their inclusion in the host communities.

Tucked in a twin galaxy’s parallel universe Carlos, an immigrant making a living washing dishes, lets his passion for quantum physics led him to build a machine that could change the world as we know it.

2021 Immigration Policy Review

5:05 PM - 6:50 PM

Understanding your rights is essential towards effectively exercising those rights. Inform yourself about the latest U.S. Immigration policies established by the different immigration agencies and become familiar with the different immigration procedures.
Justice for all cannot be achieved without fairness and due process. We should ensure that our justice system applies all laws in a fair, transparent, and nonbiased manner in accordance with the U.S. Constitution and statutory protections.
