IACO Immigration & American Citizenship Organization Inc., is a non-profit organization incorporated under the criteria and requirements of 501 (c) (3).
IACO is recognized by the Office of Legal Access Programs (OLAP) from the Department of Justice of the United States to represent low-income families before the Immigration and Naturalization Services (USCIS) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Mission Statement
Our mission is to orient and assist immigrants in their process of adaptation, stabilization and development in this society, regardless of their nationality, race, religion, sex, age, academic background and economic situation.
We fulfill our mission by:
- Informing the immigrants about the law and regulations that govern this country, making them aware of their rights and responsibilities..
- Assisting and representing the immigrants in the process of adjusting their immigration status, and
- Orienting the immigrants in the process of integration to the society.
