Biography
Rev. Bolívar’s hard work led him to become Vice President of the New Jersey Coalition of Pastors and Ministers, Chief of Chaplains in the city of West New York, and fourth in command for the National Association of Ministers. Additionally, he works with the entirety of the faith-based Community as the Pastoral Outreach Director of New Jersey Reentry Corporation (NJRC), a non-profit organization dedicated to aiding individuals returning from incarceration. He graduated from New York Theological Seminary with a Doctorate in Theology and Clinical Pastoral Education.
