Biography

Ms. Padin is the first Latina to serve as an officer of the New Jersey State Bar Association, an organization that has over 17,000 members and also serves as a Trustee of the Hudson County Bar Association of New Jersey. She formerly served as a Municipal Court Judge of the City of Jersey City and also is a member of the Hispanic Bar Association and is a founding member of the Justice Virginia Long Family Inns of Court.

She owns several businesses in Jersey City and is active with the Carevel Foundation. She is a graduate of Rutgers University, has a master’s degree in social work from Fordham University, and earned her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
