IACO Immigration and American Citizenship Organization Inc. is a non-profit organization incorporated under the criteria and requirements of 501(c)(3).
IACO is recognized by the Office of Legal Access Programs (OLAP) from the United States Department of Justice to represent low-income families before Immigration and Naturalization Services (USCIS) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Mission
Our mission is to guide and assist immigrants in their process of adaptation, stabilization, and development in this society, regardless of their nationality, race, religion, sex, age, academic training, and economic situation.
We fulfill our mission:
- Informing immigrants about the laws and procedures that govern this country, so that they know their rights and obligations.
- Assisting and representing immigrants in their immigration legalization processes, until they reach citizenship.
- Guiding immigrants in their process of integration into society.
