Initially, his\ncareer was spent in his native Colombia, after advancing Journalism studies in\nBogota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He was a\nreporter for the News of Seven, Noon and TV Today. In 1995, he arrived in\nWashington, DC, as a correspondent for the Q.A.P. Two years later, it is linked\nto the Spanish-American chain CBS Telenoticias; initially as a correspondent in\nWashington and then news anchor in Miami. For seven years I work for Telemundo\nin Chicago and New York, as a presenter and reporter. Now, at Univision as a\nweekend presenter and reporter, V\u00edctor Javier, he puts his experience at the\nservice of the Hispanic community in the tri-state area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n His\nreports were recognized on 4 occasions with the Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar National\nJournalism Award, the most important award that journalists receive in\nColombia. In 2008, Victor Javier was recognized with the A.C.E.
