She has worked at DCR for 16 years focusing on civil rights cases in housing, employment, family leave, public accommodations and other complex cases. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adriana has an M.P.A.in Public Administration from Seton Hall University, that she received in 2008 and a B.A., in Political Science from Montclair State University received  in 1998. She is also a graduate of the National Fair Housing Training Academy in Washington DC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adriana has received numerous awards including the New Jersey Attorney General\u2019s Award for Excellence in Advancing the Department\u2019s Priorities and Initiatives on May 09, 2017, and New Jersey Division on Civil Rights 15 year recognition for excellent service.
